Other comments - the Time and Day is off of the video, I don't know the actual time on the server that it happened.
Reason - NLR x3, failrp
Story - wowtoons dies in the main district then goes to the vents next to the bank with nlr and gets killed in vents and returns to the main district and enters the pd district where he is killed in pd, he re spawns and heads to the car dealer where he is hit by a car and damaged, he kills the driver and prop pushes his car and said "we all have to break rules now and then", or he said something like that.

i have done this quickly so if there is missed out bits or mistakes, well sorry.

I don't see how he broke NLR 3 times because the bank and the pd were getting raided so he can brake NLR the only thing I can see wrong is the prop push so the next time I see him I will warn him for that
