TOPIC: Holly Banker unprofessional-ism within sit

What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
I was RPing normally as Mutant, abiding by all the rules. I decided to take a trip outside fully knowing I would be shot on sight if anyone saw me, I ran past the Mining Area and was in the tunnel near the Mining Area. Holly Banker brought two players to a sit with three mutants running around him with a Thief who payed no notice towards us. Holly Banker mid sit pulled out an "m9k_intervention" and started to aim for a Mutant which had stole a charger and killed him; then aimed at the next Mutant and shot him and then aimed at me I ran and shouted at him your still in a sit, he ignored and started to shoot me I ran more he eventually killed me and here is some part of proof that he killed me which I a nice Admin helped me and directed me to the forums, his name I don't recall. But here is where he killed me " KILL: [NRG] ThatsKarmaâ„¢ was killed by Brother Holly Banker with a m9k_intervention" I didn't get the other because I never thought it would be necessary. Then after that I asked Holly Banker "Why did you kill us mid sit?" he said he was finished which in fact he was not, he still had the two players frozen in the air and yet to warn both of them. This is a report of unprofessional-ism within a sit, he is an Admin and should know not to act like this.

I do not see a problem with this.

There are no rules saying staff can't RP while in an admin sit, and being that you were never in the sit, I don't see this as a problem.

Not enough proof here. That mutant could have been frozen by another admin, and by the screenshots, it looks like he was IC, not in a sit.
