TOPIC: Iki hiyori false warn

A guy tried to use voice chat and mug me. i told him read rule and it is not allowed. but he didnt listen and rdm me. then he go to spawn and try to mug me again with voice chat and rdm me. after my 2nd death i did a F1. then that new guy wait at spawn and try to mug me again with a pistol. But this time i defend myself and killed him when he use voice chat to mug me and shoot me. after that i wait for a admin and hide from him for 5-6 min .

Then iki Hiyori called us. In admin sit, he admit that he use voice chat to mug and killed me 2 times. And i also said what happen here. then Iki said you both are wrong and warn me for rdm. SO if a guy keep killing me and fail rp in spwan and I cant even defend myself once??? I even told that guy to use /me but he didnt listen. so why i get a warn. after i talk to people on /ooc about this false warn, he got afraid and log off from server. I dont have a video but eveny1 was at that time inserver know what happened there.

Iki Hiyori is a troll for a long time. he said bullshit stuff like i am god, bow before me and bla bla bla. Why you guys make a troller like him a mod? He dont even know what to do in admin sit. Most of the time he go and called others to know what he should do in admin sit . And sometimes he false warn and sometimes he break rule himself in rping.. Please this server have good staff and dont ruined it by adding new staff who troll and dont know about admin work.

First of all.. I'm not a troll. The "god of the new world" stuff is because I was roleplaying Light Yagami from Death Note. I don't even do that anymore unless I'm a cop. So please don't confuse roleplaying with my duty as a moderator.

Secondly, you killed him because he mugged you incorrectly. More than once I believe. You did not claim this was self defense (Meaning he shot first), and you said it was because he used voice chat. Instead of rule breaking to stop rule breakers, you should of made a F1 saying he attempted to mug you several times using voice chat. Sure, I may be a new mod, but most new moderators still need help from higher ranks. I don't know how to deal with every single situation, although I really wish I did, so I do ask higher ranks to help me out sometimes. I am in no way a perfect staff member from my perspective, and I do make mistakes as all humans do. I was told I should warn you both, so I warned the mugger for mugging incorrectly, and you for RDMing him because he mugged you incorrectly.

Also I logged off the server because I was handling something offline, not because I was "afraid".

1st -You role play as a god or light or whatever that is and troll all time. SO i can change me name to freeza and kill all of server people and said i roleplay as freeza so then i will be right or wrong? There is no god character in zarp. as a mod you should know that. and stop failrp as a cop and dont try to become a god. And stop saying to me you are my god cause that is 1 kind of offence and it can hurt religious feeling of someone. A lot of people actually believe in god and do not make fun of god. And never tell me you are my god ever again plaese.

2nd - after f1 i waited 5 min at spawn after death and then i spwan and see he is waiting at me. NO admin was there and then he try to mug me and shot me with his pistol. at that time you are allowed to defend . that now called rdm. Not all kill are rdm. As a mod you should know full form of R.D.M.

3rd- A lot of people think you got afraid and runaway. maybe it is the truth or maybe not. so i am telling you what i think. i think you were afraid.

4th- You cant make a decision. then you told me you talk to some1. then i asked you which admin you talk to and then you didnt even ans me. That guy even admit that he rdm me 2 times and try to mug me 3 times. I am allowed defend in a case when other guy breaking rules and try to kill me or damage me. But i am sure you dont know that cause you knowledge about admin work is way limited and you should know more about rules before becoming a mod and handling admin sit.

5th- If some cop come and tell you i am you god and bow before me then you can file a sue on him in real life. Do you know that? Telling you are a god is a fail rp as a cop. So stop trolling and you should be demoted cause a mod shouldn't troll like this

5. First of all, this isn't life. It's Semi-Serious Roleplay on a game called Garry's Mod. So don't try to compare to real life please. I barely say this anymore, I don't tell people to change their religious beliefs or to "bow down to me", and also before I was moderator nobody had a problem with my role-playing (including staff members). You really need to get this out of your head because you're still accusing me for a character I have role-played in the past. And even then, I wasn't seriously role-playing, I would just say "I am the god of the new world" when I arrested people. Do you even pay attention anymore? When was the last time I walked up to you saying "I am the god of the new world". You are so insistent to point this out when this has almost nothing to do with the situation at hand or even your warn at the least.

5- not past , even now and then you say you are a god and many more things. OK. i will not talk about real life. I can sue you now if i want according to both EU and US law if you say something like i am you god and bow before me. If you do not believe ask a lawyer. I am a MBA degree holder from London School of Economics and i know a lit about law . And also you were a cop and said to me bow before me. You're just really changing the subject and putting words in my mouth, and claiming I was rude from things I've never said to you or anyone before. I'm guessing you don't know how to have fun or even how to role-play. If you're going to sue me for role-playing an anime character in a game, alright have fun with that, see you in court. He does not directly roleplay as a "God". He refers to an anime character and simply uses the name.
He does not assume to be a "God" or simliar. He can roleplay as whatever he wants to aslong as Its not against the Server rules.

Since you don't have any evidence in first place and you're only using this Thread to argue with Remixful about nonsense stuff I'm going ahead and deny this.

You have not got the point yet. Point is you fail as mod cause you have less knowledge or less decision making capabilities and your habit of trolling. 1 Waring doesnt have any affect on me but 1 false warning can have. I didnt had a fight or argue with you before this admin sit and so i dont have any reason to hate you. But your take your trolling in admin sit and that is not a good thing to do. I think you should play as a normal player cause you service as a staff is hurting zarp community, not helping.
My concern is today i got a false warn , tomorrow another will and if any chance if become a admin then you will perm ban people for no reason cause you are a troller. And i will not sue you now cause it is cost me money to hire a lawyer and if i did then all the proof is here where you admit that you said you are a god, bow before me and ...................... . so you will lose that case. I am done here. If higher staff wanna take any action then do it cause i think i have said enough to prove my point and there is nothing more to say. I'm not trying to start another argument but,
Firstly the warn was correct. I wasn't there but from what I can see it totally right to warn you , you shouldn't of taken rule breakers into your own hands, if you just waited and let him kill you take screenshots then he would get badly punished.
Secondly , Iki and anyone else can simply change there job title / rpname to get a bit more enjoyment. It doesn't mean you can change to a serial killer and kill everyone , it just means that you are giving SSRP a bit more RP
Thirdly, I am the same as Iki, I have been a mod for about a week more (in which time I was inactive and my first day as a moderator , it is hard as a new mod and we aren't perfect , we don't know every single rule in the book off by heart, but as a moderator we need to know a good amount .
