What did the Staff Member(s) do?:

Clearly has very little/no understanding of the rules and either needs proper training or demoted.
He doesn't understand that to NLR you must return to the same district within 3minutes or interact with your previous life after death. He seems to think that just seeing someone you saw before you died no matter where on the map you saw this person is classed as NLR.

He also struggles with the concept of RDM, he made a claim that because some is wanted he has the right to shoot cops, even if that particular cop is having no interaction with him and minding his own business. Rules clearly state that you may only kill a cop when wanted if that cop is attempting to arrest you.

He used his standing in the community to get bans without having any evidence or proof, make absolutely random unsupported claims which result in other users being banned for absolutely no reason. This is no way for an Admin/mod to behave.
