What did the Staff Member(s) do?:
He took bribe from a prisoner with the class ''S.W.A.T.'' then released him and also said that Admins can add or change rules. He basically doesn't know his role so he shouldn't have it.

Conversation went something like this (not 100% accurate but same meaning) :
Me: You can't take bribes from prisoners as a S.W.A.T. Officer.
Him: I'm an admin.
Me: You are breaking the rules.
Him: No, I'm not. I am an Admin and Admins can create and change rules.
Me: No?? You aren't above the rules.
Him: You don't have to step up to an Admin. (I forgot the rest)
Me: I'm reporting you.
