Other comments - He could've just go in the car and hold the W key down for 10 seconds and hit the spacebar so it flips.
Reason - PropPush and PropPushing Car
Story - I was raiding and I walk outside to see a nice car, I keep looking and caught him prop pushing his car even though he is an Admin, no Admin is worthy of the rank if they can't stick to the rules.
Proof - I already put the evidence
