EDIT: I have spoken with Stabler, he claims that a super admin who is now resigned told him that he can do it, I cleared it up with him that it is not allowed whatsoever, he has also apologized for it as well, hopefully this will not occur once again.

Ah yes, that'd be me. Back in Townsend (I think) it happened so much that we allowed it. I was told about 1 week after Rockford was changed that it was disallowed. I never told stabler though, it was another staff. I think para
