TOPIC: [SSRP] Demote Request & Warn Request

I'm going to post two requests in one thread, if you don't mind. It's the same situation, anyways. I'll be using the same recording as evidence for both requests.
First off, the demote request.

What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Claimed he did not see another player rulebreaking while they were raiding PD. Even so, I don't believe he talked to him or warned him. He also uses the excuse of him resigning and not getting his power taken away. Either way I believe this should be a demote because he resigned and isn't doing his job anymore.

Now for the warn request

Time and date - Around 1:00 AM EST
Reason - Building in PD, trying to protect himself with props. This is unfair, and breaking the rules since he's building in PD as a non-government official.
Story - 3 people were raiding PD, including Nattyboy12 and Chase2k. Nattyboy12 spawned in a prop to protect himself.
Proof -
It's not too clear, but you can pretty much make out "nattyboy12" as the prop owner.




Evidence for both requests:
Everything was recorded. Take a look for yourself.

As you can see in he video i was unaware of him building in the pd. I was the one pick-locking the door and had my back turned to them. So there was no way for me to see. I came to pd after a hit-man got arrested so i could break him out. I went though the garage because it was unlocked still >: ). When i got to the stairs they where pick locking and i said "nah i got this" and had my back to them. There was no possible way for me to him place that while i was lock-picking. I got some Screen Shots of the thing in chat you missed.

That is basically the only one. I brought up the thing about me resigning because there was truly no pint in this. My administrator powers are being taken away already. As i said in chat (shown in the image link above) i made him remove it and gave him a verbal warning because he did not know of the rules. Later i told him the command to pull up the MOTD using either /rules or !motd.

I wanted to get my side across. i do not feel i have abused my powers in any way.

EDIT: as i watched the video again. If you did not re-spawned you would have heard me talking with nat and telling him its against the rules and read them using /rules or !motd. and i gave a verbal warning. ALso i do not understand one thing in my demote request. " Either way I believe this should be a demote because he resigned and isn't doing his job anymore." Resigning means i quit i am done being staff. yes while i still have my powers i still stop rule breakers.

I went offline after i spawned to upload the video, since my internet is slow. Even after the they opened the door, I would of expected you to notice them. I'm not sure how you've had your back turned to them the whole entire time, especially after I opened the door and you were in that corner.

And also, after you saw his prop you still continued to RP. You can see in the video you just said "Oh, he did?", and started to picklock the jail door. I did not say anything about you abusing your powers either... You weren't doing your job, there's a difference there. That's why I'm requesting for you to be demoted ASAP either way.

And the reason I did not see while in the corner was because I was focused on the prison gaurd that was trying to taze me. PLUS in the video I did not pick lock after finding the prop I went INTO the jail cell area if you look in the video
