Other comments - I made a f1, but the proof was messed up, I had troubles trimming the video and it didn't show me killing carloslsilva at the start. Finally found a new software to trim videos fast. The user is offline now. I'm still posting this because I won't let a rule breaker get away with what they've done, no matter how small or big the rule is.
Reason - Breaking NLR
Story - This user was in PD, which I was raiding at that time, and I killed them. They are a guard so NLR still applies for them. They came back about 1 minute later. I've shown in the video from my killing them, and them returning about a minute or so later.
