TOPIC: Demote SSRP Admin - Toerag

What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Turned a blind eye to rdm, and when in question about it denied seeing the incident on numerous occasions. Even denied it in an staff sit with another staff member as it will clearly show in evidence video. If he would turn a blind eye to rdm and 'Lie' what else does he sweep under the rug?

What server(s) was this on?: SSRP server 1

I'm not trying to be rude, but why is the resolution of the video so low? It's hard to take evidence like this seriously when the chat is pretty much impossible to read.

I noticed that in the first segment of that video you were running back and forth and saying something in voice chat directly to someone. I bet one could assume that the player that killed you was provoked. Next time you should enable voice_loopback in console so we can hear what you are saying, or enable your microphone in the recording software you used. Lastly, the way you presented this with showing things in certain segments definitely draws a red flag for me.

I'm curious about what you said at the start. Seems like you said something in mic, then the RDMer replied "what", and you backed away immediately. You could of said "shoot me now", or maybe you did say something really disrespectful. The possibilities are endless. Either way, it's RDM. I don't believe this should change the fact that ToeRag2k6 still turned a blind eye to RDMing, though.

I was on mic having banter with 'toerag' and the rdmer in chat told me to shut up so i went on to say he is not liked, then that's how the rdm had happened, that is not disrespect and toerag is the only one in the wrong given that the rdmer was dealt with by porridge i believe toerag saying.

and cliché but, I have no reason to lie, all admin sits when faced with the option to lie, I have always told the truth, bare that in mind although slightly off topic.

Alright. I talked to Toerag, and he claims that he explained to you what happend, and you cut that out of the video, also Porridge took care of the guy who RDM'd you and he got warned for it. Also the lack of quality in the video makes it hard to say if he was looking at you or not, also there was no proof of ToeRag lying at any time in the video...
