TOPIC: Brother CyberGaming demote request/unwarn request

What did the Staff Member(s) do?:

I was conducting gem trades and brother cybergaming comes up to me spamming a trade request and asking for gems. I told him to wait in line and when he kept spamming I said fuck off over the mic. He then goes to immediatly warn me for disrespect without saying a single word to me. I kept trying to talk to him about it and all he says is "you said fuck off". This is no way to conduct yourself as a staff member just warning anyone for unvalid reasons when it suits you and running off without saying a single word to them. I then submit an F1 asking for a higher staff member about an unjust warn and he immediatly marks it as spam.

Staff members should not conduct themselves this way under any circumstance. He warned me simply because I told him to wait in line and when he didn't and kept on spamming me I told him to fuck off as anyone would. Staff members are also supposed to talk to the player and tell them what rule they broke or why they are being punished which he simply did not.

I am also looking to be unwarned for this as this is far from a valid warn and I did not break any rules. I said "fuck off" in roleplay. Not a warnable offense.

Since you only said Fuck Off, I don't see the reason for the warning here. It's not even disrespect.

I think this is very good example of what is said in this post.

I think this is case you was warned because he can if he didn't have the power to warn you I don't think he would have found it disrespectful enough to call a staff member meaning its not disrespectful enough to really be warned for.

Anyways. The warning should be removed, and CyberGaming must apologise to Jacknelli by the unprofessional behaviour he has shown. He acted very immaturely by deleting his F1 and simply ignoring his help, thus warned him for an invalid reason. If he has done this in the past, then he's not fit to continue being a staff member.

Someone from the lead team must have a word with him. He poses an issue towards the community.

I have never even heard of Brother CyberGaming.

I was right there and i didnt see any disrespectful chat or i did not hear any disrespectful microphone chat

He used to not know the rules as much when i was staff but seems as he does as he is staff now.

Not demote but atleast warning removed and an apology is owned
