What did the Staff Member(s) do?:Spectate me when there was no F1 about what I had done and as a citizen. He also warned me when I protected the godfather from a cop when he was about to weapon check the godfather

get screenshots of him warning you, check in the console, he shouldn't be spectating as a citizen, he should go admin on duty to do that, as citizen is a RP job, and it can get confusing if he is doing admin stuff as a citizen,

I have taken a look over your report and you provided Zero evidence that the staff member in question as done anything wrong. He is allowed to randomly spectate any one he wants as long as he isn't using it to benefit him during role-play.
The part about you getting warned as a citizen you mentioned something about protecting the godfather from a weapon check it seems like you did something wrong because most people don't go around protecting the godfather as a citizen.
