Hmm, In the video the NLR is more than clear, but the base doesn't seem done that way on purpose. He might've forgotten that props don't allow doors to close. He could've used the door to his advantage of slowing raiders down, since it's part of the world, but not block off access completely.
I consider he should be spoken to.

i Raided the base perfectly fine before you . so the base one im not gonna have a word with him for it. but ill have a word with him for breaking NLR.
