well he never left the server but when i joined the server i saw he rdmd a lot when he was playing with you guys without any staff until I came then he didn't rdm. and the fact about the nazi , okay I can understand the ban.

Mario, How much i wanna ban the guy for nazism, the evidence of steamID isnt valid. You could have made that screenshot and put in someone elses steamID. not that you would do that ofcourse. But to get evidence of steamID you need to wait until he leaves, or open up console and put in Status. that will show you all players in game and theyre steamID.
