Ok so first of all I can tell u just experienced this and now you are very furious but just take a step back , calm down and then just follow the template and if you don't have proof it will get ista denied.

Ps: you are applying for mod hana and if this is how you react to rule breaks I don't think you will get off to well.

Also plz check your spelling and grammar
