Hello, So I've bought a taunt called 'secret' I was asking in the chat if I could get my points back by any chance because I felt like being scammed that it dind't work. First the admin (Newdude TK) told me that I was lieing and then he gagged me for absolute no reason. After the gag I asked him why he gagged me and he told me that I was asking people to give me points because the taunt wasn't working. While I was talking to him. After that I told him I was going to report him on the forums for command abuse. Then he gave me a bullshit warning:

For one the warn reason he got given was stupid, If he asked once that is not point begging. if you think it is maybe you might want to check a dictionary,

2. The secret taunt does not work as I just bought it and test it. This warn is not deserved and if he wants his money back because something in the pointshop doesn't work then he should get it back. (Which i've already done)

Firstly like it has been prior stated, you need screenshot or video proof of what has happened and also use the template provided by Stratic.

Furthermore, it is your own fault and this warning is valid, if you click a taunt in the pointshop, you have the option to preview it which will play it to yourself as if you had used F7 with it equipped. Following on, you also have the option to redeem some of your points from a miss purchase or if you change your mind about it by clicking the item in your inventory and selecting the sell item option, this should give back around a third to two thirds of your points.

Newdude was entitled to issue the warning as the rules clearly state:
