Reason - I was raiding him and he didn't want to be raided so he NLR
Story - I started raiding a guy and he nlr 4 times.

Seems like force crouch/keypad crack aswell..

Couldn't get a chance to lock pick as you saw but if you don't use keypadcracker yup force crouch. Should be easy to emulate to check out.
