Other comments - (Other cops have said and reported that he has broke some rules but due to the risk of this being false i would not like to add it my case )
Reason - (2.5 Spawn Areas, 2.6 Job Titles (Due to him being a master thief i think he shouldnt of gone around killing cops as i think he should of been sneaky instead of gun blazing) 2.9 Demote System if he thought i was mass rda which i wasnt he shouldnt demote me, 2.1 Random Death Match he killed a civilian in spawn for no reason )
Story - (He ran around the city killing cops, which isnt that bad but he killed me and ran to spawn where he killed a new spawn and attempt to kill me even though i just respawn then another officer intercepted him with a taser before he could arrest him. Panda killed himself but i saw him leaving spawn so i caught up to him arrested him for [HCRIME] Just A Broke Panda was just fined for $17,900! Ouch!. Then he successful demoted from my sas spot by writing (DEMOTE) Just A Broke Panda: I want to demote you. Reason: Mass RDA - even though getting to that spot took me all night to get into. This is the part which really annoys me (OOC) Just A Broke Panda: gg noob. Due to be being unable to access logs i couldnt get any more evidence, if its possible for a admin to access past logs it would be better for my case)
