What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Sanic falsely warned me, for 'death avoiding'. Towards the end of the round as Death, I noticed that only a single runner was left alive. Allowing my fellow Death to take the kill, I stepped back and started to pass time while the Runner attempted to pass the trap. If the player did pass the trap, I would have taken the role of Death once again. My Death partner, however, seemed to be capable of dealing with the runner. This happened around the last few stages of the map, so I naturally payed less attention to the runners. I was sure my fellow Death would be able to kill the remaining Runner.

Sanic, paying no attention to logs (which I assume is available to moderators) and also assuming that I not been attempting to kill Runners, decided to warn me for 'Death avoiding' when I clearly was not. There was no verbal warning prior to this. When questioning Sanic he refused to accept that he was in the wrong and also seemed to avoid certain questions (“Do you have access to logs”, etc.).

Following the warn, Sanic then proceeded to Death Avoid himself, which proves he is a rule-breaker as well as an abuser of his powers as a moderator. Proof of Sanic Death Avoiding is provided below in both text and image form.

What server(s) was this on?: Zarp Deathrun. I apologize, I do not recall which Zarp Deathrun it was.

Evidence: Here is a pastebin of my console at the time. You can clearly see the warning given to me, and the conversation me and Sanic had.

whats with the weird way you wrote it? it wont help you get him warned..

If you were busy at the time, you should have left before a new round started. This would have made sure you weren't AFK and possibly: Death Avoiding, EXP Farming, etc.

The fact that you were AFK on Runner too doesn't mean anything. It just adds to why and how you are a rule-breaker. You should know what the logs are and what the word log means, you are a Moderator after all.

You could have taken a screenshot of the console by the way.
Screenshots only show him being AFK as Death and that isn't death avoiding.

The staff team need to know that;
To comprehend a "Death Avoider", you got to watch over him. Not just because he went AFK for one round as Death and then came back the other round as Runner. This always annoys me as there's been several occasions of this happening that I've seen on the forums.

If he/she actively avoids being Death, warn him/her. Not warn him/her for being AFK once.

I don't understand how being AFK as Death is not 'Death Avoiding'. I've been AFK as Death before and have been asked to not Death Avoid. Even if this is the case, I was still falsely warned.

No valid proof of death avoiding and paste bins can be tampered with so I won't take that.
