Time and date : 17:00 pm
Other comments - he was mass rdming everyone
Reason - mass rdm
Story - i was just driving in my car, then this heavy gun dealer started shooting me

Your video evidence is currently on private, I'm not sure if you have evidence of STEAM-ID in the video, but if you don't this is doubtful that it will be accepted without proof of the ID.

Hey Jabbe, unfortunately just because xSeppe found this guys steam id after he left, doesn't mean much in this situation. There's no proof of STEAM-ID, and I assume xSeppe wasn't there to warn this player for RDMing when this situation was under way, otherwise you wouldn't of had to make this ban request. Unfortunately I'm going to have to deny this, next time before rendering the video proof you need to grab proof of his steam id. Thanks for your time and effort on trying to get a rulebreaker banned, but in our position as staff we really can't do much here without proof of steam ID.
