After i posted my application on why i was banned i a admin named scott said he kick/banned the wrong person understandable but i am still banned?

I know it said that i was unbanned but i try and join and it says You are banned.

What name am i ment to type into the steam finder?

How long does it take before i get unbanned i know you have unbanned me but it says im banned :/
