I was the only active cop on server 2. Cybergaming and some other people were raiding the bank I got killed and returned - he warned me for it.
He is a new mod I would expect alot of knowledge about the rules from him.
Also my timer was on 2 seconds when I returned...

6.4 Police jobs do not have NLR at the bank vault during a raid. ( ONLY when Raid is active )
