I can see he CDMed u twice & i have seen many complains about him. +SUPPORT

I believe this Ilmer person has been banned and kicked many times on Dark RP #1. It doesn't surprise me that he would break rules on PERP. However, you did insult him in your evidence, and this may have provoked him. I will have to remain Neutral on this until more people side with you.
