I may be incorrect, but you cannot make report abuses/unban requests for someone else. They have to do it them self.

Right so, your "proof" is actually helping me, it just shows me offering to let Sonic1337 handle it himself since he was the one RDMed and he is a mod. He asked me to do it so I did and this happened:
