Evidence
The evidence provided shows where Morgan had posted a comment with the original content:
Staff in another community..
I responded to his lack of attention with a mutually half-hearted comment. He makes another response, modifies the content of his original post and makes the following comment:
But hey, I'll trade you another -karma back?
I feel that by referring to a referring to negating from my karma as a 'trade' he is directly accusing me of doing this to him; I feel that this comment is defamatory as he has no premise to suggest that I did what he is accusing me of, and consequently he is violating the
'No unlawful or objectionable content.' section and the subsidiary terms therein of the Terms of Use.
Additionally, by publicly demonstrating his intent on 'trading ... -karma back' I feel that he is conducting himself with malice and spite, something which is also condemned under the aforementioned section and the
'No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour' section, which states that users should not conduct themselves in a manner believed to be 'mean spirited' or 'with intent on causing trouble'. By choosing to publish his intentions as what appears to be a personal victory from an action which is supposed to be anonymous, I think that it is evident that he has gone out of his way to cause trouble.
It can also be noted that Morgan could be acting upon a prior grudge derived from a generally negative relationship with him in the past, whereby as one of his supervisors I played a key role in various sanctions issued for wrongdoings. If this is the case, it is also another count of Morgan behaving with an intent to cause trouble.
