Other comments - I dont want him to get banned, im hoping for a demote from mod. He isnt helpfull and is trying to scare people.
Reason - He tried to scare me by saying he will warn me if I do something that is wrong.
Story - I was raiding the bank and Walter decides to Milkor the thing and blow it up. He then teleports after i kill him and his crew, and he says that if i rebuild i will get warned. Also he said that he will come back and bomb the base.
Then he came back (after nlr) and bombed it. But since i couldn't rebuild he easily killed me.
Then I asked him for the rule that says that i cant rebuild, he says its just a rule and tps away.
Then I look for the rule and find it. (below in attachments) It says that you cannot rebuild during the raid but after the raid is over you can build again. I killed Walter and his crew (1 ran off and never came back, thats walters excuse) which means that the raid is over and therefore i can rebuild.

during a raid you cannot rebuild. Simple as that.

Heres the rule:
5.6 Building/Rebuilding - Do not build during a raid. Rebuilding counts as building, if a prop is blown up/unwelded durning a raid it can not be put up until the raid is finished.

Once you've started to raid the vault and if it gets blown up you can not rebuild until the vault raid finishes.

Until the raid is finished.......Them dying=raid over
I wasnt raiding the vault as in the proper raid, i was just waiting for it.

also raid wasnt end i had friends inside lol bro
