Gmod is a fine admin and i have never seen him being harsh for no reason. You need to follow the correct template and gather proof for a demote. If you fail to doing so this will probably get denied. Why would anyone deal with this thread? He didn't follow the template and you your self just said in the other abuse report that posts that don't follow the templates are usless.

If you would still like to raise a demote you can post another thread using the proper template and with actual evidence.
