TOPIC: [DENIED] Several times of breaking nlr/rdm rule

Reason - Random demote, RDM, NLR (all of them more then 1 time )
Story - Me and two other Mods set up a big base. The first time as the police came we won, but the kept nlring so that the war took many minutes. Also they shot us without any reason or warning on the street if they saw us.
Proof - No, but 3 people can proof my story. (Swe. Darkfrost, El Rumble and H4nk

Other comment - I know, that you can't ban him without a good proof but please keep watching him.. Or tell him to read the rules.

We cant really swing the ban hammer without any proof, and we do not want to use time to figure out the STEAM IDs. Anyways you said you were With 2 mods, they could just kick/slay/freeze them, also they could have called for an admin if this continued.
