What did the Staff Member(s) do?: He had a hobo hut, and there was no keypad/button to crack/press to use to get up there as he was up there and could of had printers, unless he was hiding one but that would also be breaking rule 4.1 on the motd.

What server(s) was this on?: Server 2

Look through the last 20 screenshots and you can see that he had no keypad/button on the bottom
