1. Are you trying to ban this guy? It's a ban request, then.

2. Are you making a ban appeal to unban yourself?

3. Why did you propblock him?

4. Are you sure it's hacks? It might as well be amphetamine, which is a drug which acts on behalf of the character maximize to walking speed.

cant be amphet because he was going to fast and he went from slow to fast with no drugs present
i propblocked him (which you can warn me for) while he was typing so i could get my recording open to get evidence and not have a annoyingly long video of me trying to find sanic

Yes. It seems he was speed hacking at 1.27 but as jack said the steam ID is unreadable. You also propblocked and proppushed in this video.

You should not break the rules under no circumstances. I also checked out his steam ID and profile and it seems to match from what I can make out from the video and his profile picture.
