What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Handling a situation unfairly.

Evidence:

Although the images are small, I will explain clearly what happened. I was minding my own buisness in-game and somebody carjacked me. I made an F1 and waited about 5 minutes. When nobody came, I got annoyed since I thought this user of whom had broken a rule would have scrapped my car. I cursed in OOC. Because of my reaction, DCX decided to teleport me, freeze me, and kick me without explaining why I was being punished. This made me wonder what I did wrong, so I asked him on Steam.

The fact of the matter is, he could have warned me, and explained. Instead of doing a half assed job, by kicking me and not saying even a syllable.

No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour: contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.

You did break a rule in-game and were punished for said rule break, you're a ex-staff member and should really know better regarding what can and cannot say in-game.
