Your first screenshot only shows him killing you, nothing about a building sign.
And your second screenshot only shows him warning you for NLR, which could be possible as you have an NLR timer on top of your screen, but as I don't know where your base was, I can't judge about that.

I was raiding your base with Overlord, you killed me and then Overlord killed you. About 30 seconds later Overlord found you back in the apartment complex that you died in, you broke NLR.

Overall however I feel there is not suitable evidence for Taco to be punished regarding this situation. I shall speak to him and just make sure everything is more clear in the future however, as I said, your screenshots do not provide any evidence to the situation.
