I also want to state that this behaviot is not acceptable even if it is not in your rules. you should still not be able to bully people by saying they have a mental problem or a personal issue. Also Simon told me to put this on the forums
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Disrepect with no Rp reason in OOC
Story - (What happened?) I got him warned because he lied to an admin with false mug then he says this in ooc.
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)
