TOPIC: [SSRP] False Warn by illuminatixs

Illuminatixs warned me for FailRP because i killed a mugger who killed my friend.

The story was following - I was walking in the town then i saw someone near my friend Chains when i wanted to say "HI" Mr. Kitty said "mugging 4K drop it or die!!" (in /me) so i pulled out my spas12 and shot Mr. Kitty then he was mad and maked an f1,
He got warned for FailRP because he mugged in an open area and i got warned for FailRP too because i killed him while he was mugging Chains.

(The used nales in this story are the real names used in Garry's Mod)

To the person doing the verdict:
I was in cloack checking the next present drop when i saw Mr. Kitty breaking one of the requirements for a valid mug. Mrmmo called it "an illegal mug" since it was in a public place but instead of reporting the guy he just instantly shot him. I just picked them both with me; explained Mrmmo what he did wrong and told him to just report the guy instead of shooting him and warned him for the case since the kill didn't have a valid RP-reason in my opinion, after that i warned Mr. Kitty for his illegal mugging.

To add:
Kitty had a weapon out to control the situation in the first place, you pulled your shotgun out afterwards as you just said. So if you were in this situation at all (don't know who he was mugging since you were next to each other and kitty didn't say a name in the /me), you broke this rule aswell.

I wasn't near kitty but when i came near him i hear him saying /me Mugging ... but it was 2v1 so still he was failrping and i was able to pull out shotgun + he already had his gun pointing at Chains

The side with the most guns wins, if you were there to witness the mugging, you are under fearRP. You then said you pulled out a gun, breaking FearRP. Illuminatixs did nothing wrong here.
