Time and date (CET) - Between 5PM and 6:15PM 24th of December, 2014
Other comments - I don't have many screenshots but they do show that The_Doctor attacked 2 times at the start of a round which should be enough.
Reason - He attacked people at the start of the round and tries to kill everyone he sees.
Story - Randomly shooting at everyone he sees
