Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) I don't have the full info, since I'm just reporting what I got from an F1.
Reason - (What rules did the person break?) DDos threats and attempted to prop spam inorder to crash server
Story - (What happened?)
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=360853236 I also kicked him for propspaming, since he was spaming little cans and palcing them in a tub and shaking them to crash the server. When I asked him to stop he continued,
