TOPIC: [SSRP] Demote Request - Redwingz

What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Basicly i was in the middle of an f1 handeling a guy propblocking, He had already gotten 2 warnings from me and i was gonna give him a verbal before he got kicked and explain what would happen when he got warned again and out of the blue Redwingz warns him for propblock. All hes stuff dissapears and he gets quite mad when he comes back since i said i was only giving a verbal. After he warned him and he got kicked i told redwingz off for warning him when i was handling the situation. This is also not the first time i tell him not to do this.

I do agree it was vary wrong for him to warn him out of the blue like that since you were handling it

Hello redwings is you read this you tp to the player and ask to remove it you don't warn them before you tp to them!

Also red what is going on you have been slipping up a lot lately.

Actually to be honest i have nothing to say. I don't deny anything but the following.
-The guy has made an f1 which is why i came
-I believe this is the first time you've told me not to do it.
I have warned him for prop block. I have no reason to deny anything that is said in this app besides that.

Ok why don't you explain the whole situation since I removed he's props to and I was called there by panthers for prop block.

This is all i remember.
Panther made an f1 about prop block and i came. I saw the prop block and i tped the player to me. I may or may not have asked him to remove it but after that i did warn him.

Im not gonna get deep in on this but i think a fair talk to is the most that should occur here hé made a mistake everyone does so -/+neutral on this

To be fair his warnings seems to be not completely right, but i still think you shoult not give warnings until the F1 is over in the first place. And he does a lot of F1's from time to time. Please Ray give the man a break. He uses all his time for zarp. A bit overreacting happens to.

He false warned a guy again today.
The user spoke in teamspeak to me and complained.

A demote might be too harsh but atleast a warning should be given.
- my opinion.

Give the F1's more time and listen carefully to both sides of the story and dont rush them.
