Warn me for taking an illegally parked car to the pd. As well as leaving me frozen for longer than needed. General bad way to deal with this situation

In that situation, I would maybe just move the car to the grass instead of trying to get it to the PD, but scrapping the car would have not worked in that situation. Also, maybe you should have told him that you were taking it to the PD, not scrapping it.

I do not feel Specific acted very well in this situation as he never explained or even spoke to you, however, the "MOTD" does not say anywhere regarding "Illegally parking". You were, in this situation, allowed to "Car jack" the vehicle because as seen in the rules;

3.2 Car Jacking - Players must not 'car jack'. You may lockpick an unoccupied vehicle, but if there is an occupant you may not steal it for thieving purposes.

However, why is it you felt the car was illegally parked? It was parked on one side of the road, allowing a clear space for other cars to pass. Would you not feel, seeing as you were a "Police" job, that messaging Specific and ask him to possibly move the car before warranting and taking the car?

I feel Specific did not do a great job at handling this situation, however strongly disagree he should be warned for it. At the end of the day, you took a car which did not belong to you without reason.

He didnt handle it well and the tp back to spawn wasnt needed also he left you frozen to long but I don't think he should be warned as you broke a rule by steqling the car

I like specific and all but this was handled terribly and had me thinking "Why isn't he unfreezing him", "Why isn't he explaining to him what he done wrong?". So many things are wrong in this and although in the rules there is no exact one stating that you cannot park illegally but it does say that the police can enforce the laws put in place by the mayor (Which might have been no illegal parking at the time but I am not sure obviously).

Specific should have first taken him to a roof or somewhere that isn't in the middle of the road and then proceeded to explain the rules or whatever he wanted to get across to Geoffrey. But did he do that? No, he froze him in place and proceeded to go away for whatever unspecified reason to then return - warn him and then unfreeze and TP him to spawn without saying a single word to him.

How could someone who is legitimately breaking rules unwittingly learn the actual rules if situations like this were to continue to happen. This doesn't do anything to the player other than confuse, anger and cause them to either leave the server or continue to break the same rule because they were uncertain on which exact rule they were breaking.

Specific could do with a warning and I am sure he would improve on it easily.

I decided to take the car as there is a car park with lots of free spaces less than 10M from the road, In my police eyes he should have parked there.

I'm not so bothered about him receiving a warning i just don't like how he warned me without proper understanding of the rules. He made a rule up in this situation and warned me for it!

I had your situation and another one at same time so I dealt with you stopped dealt with the one in front of me then dealt with you.
as people have said I handled it fine if you fell I did you wrong in game why not speak up ?

lazy I believe your points are right may bye I could of handled it better I just came back form handling about 15 f1s in a row I under stand how I did wrong and will improve its my first bump in the road

to luk3gun1 - I apologize for my actions and will improve im sorry for any inconvenience I believe a demote would blow this out of proportion and I have made it a goal to improve but as I said first bump in road how can we get better if we don't make mistakes.
