Additional notes: I've no idea why someone would upload such Screenshots...
Even though I like Gamer guy, when I went to the Report abuse section I found this:

"We never expect our staff members to use their powers in a disadvantage or an abusive way. However, if you find them doing this post a request immediately; for the safety of our community and servers."

and I believe It's just right, Staff Members are trusted ans supposed to not break any rules.

This seems to be a legitimate demote request, and GamerGuy should know you're not allowed to do this.
