Reason Breaking NLR
Story
I was raiding the guy and killed him. He then came back as I was raiding him and shot me from behind. There were 40 seconds between him dying and being back, enough to walk from spawn to here.

After Checking the proof above , it seems like he did break NLR , and therefore , he will be banned for a day , thanks for reporting rulebreakers .
