Story - (What happened?) I was roleplaying, having a great time, when Blazer Comes by and literally kills me and a few others. We were mostly on the sidewalk, at least I was, I get complaints of him CDMing On the daily, they usually don't go through with putting it on the forums after I tell them to if they have sufficient proof.

This proves actually nothing. You're just starting drama for no reason with this post. Literally all this shows is him apologizing for CDM (which we don't have proof of). GG

CDM In my opinion is not that serious because of lag, I will talk to Blazer about this to see if he meant to do it which I don't think he did because he has said sorry in the proof you provided.
