Reason - Proppushing a car around while no admins where on, then stole the car and cdmed some people.
Story - I was walking around recording since an admin said "well I'm done for tonight, see you guys later" I checked f1 and what do I see? No admins/mods, so I turn on my recorder, and not 10 minutes after i start recording i find him proppushing this car and cdming. After I saw him steal the car and started on the ban request people in the chat were complaining about someone cdming.
Proof - (Video has 23 mins to upload, and then about 20 more minutes to process.), just posting it here so I can get back in the game.
Time and date (CET) - ~ 8:17 CTZ
Other comments - Almost positive he blew up the mines earlier, but this alone should be good enough to get something.

I have watched your video and moment where he is proppushing car (nearly end of video) is valid proof.

For breaking our server rules he will recieve Permaban for "minging" detailed as proppush.
