Reason: Breaking Base Rules (No Loitering?). I was told by Chris that "standing on the road as a citizen is FailRP" which means if I stood on the road rather than on the pavement then I would be breaking FailRP and if I stood on the sidewalk then I can someone be KoS'd.

Reason: Breaking Base Rules (No Loitering?). Not as much Morgan's fault as it is Christopher's base signs. I am going to guess he just took from what he learned from Christopher and decided to kill anyone standing outside the base after asking them to leave. Something should be done about this and it is pretty weird seeing staff setting up bases and following these procedures when there is no rule put in place to allow KoS'ing for loitering. I have also seen countless staff members doing this but it just so happens that I decided to take video evidence of this one and post it up here for people to see.

I'm sorry, I didn't know this was a rule, and accept the consequences.
I was merely going on the fact that Christopher, the one that made the rules, was using a NO LOITERING Sign, so I assumed it was not against the rules.

On the other hand.. You could have helped me by going to me and telling me No Loitering signs were not allowed, but you took it right to the forums.
