Reason - Propspam, disconnected right after I screenshotted his name
Story - soo I was doing F1s, then the server started to lag, everyone had a solid 900 ping, and this guy Battlestar ( that's his RP name ) had a 140 ping, obviously means that he's doing something bad. how do I know that he's doing bad things, over all the time when everyone has solid 900 or 1000 pings, only one person had a 100 ping and when I kicked him, everything was okay.

I totally agree, Same thing happen before imo needs a ban asap.

neyoo just came in a few minutes later and nearly crashed server too.

yeah guys so, apparently what CoolDawg says turns out to be a Hobopolis. now - I feel bad for neyoo, i've had a talk with him for like 20 minutes with cooldawg since they're both polish and Neyoo is bad at english, but, I don't know. I'd give him a second chance, and the third one to never apply. its up to you guys

I'll have to ask someone about this. Normally pings don't correlate to lag, so I'll check.

This same thing happent 2 times 1 day ago on server with random players, once it happent with a person that I was basing with his ping was low ,everyone elses incl. mine were 900, even though everyone on ooc were blaming him, I know he didn't do anything because I was with him all the time, I suggest someone to investigate why these bugs keep happening to random players.

As Blazer has said, this happens to random people and I do not think it is under their control to stop it from happening as it is not intentional and is probably another error causing this.

Based on that I am denying the ban as I am sure you would agree that these players didn't do anything on purpose to lag the server. If you do however notice something weird like this again please do check the player out before calling them a "Mingebag" or a "Prop spammer" because that is simply unjustified.
