Reason - He shot me for no reason at all 3 times in a row, and, as seen in a video, also killed a random Heavy Weapons Dealer.
Story - In the video you can see him killing me 3 times, and every single time there was no reason for the murder AT ALL. I didn't do anything except looking at him, and I didn't say anything as well.

Time and date (CET) - Today, about an hour ago
Other comments - In the video you can also see his friend, Qtaz, helping with the murder on the Gun Dealer, but I don't have any more evidence on him, so I'm guessing that's not enough for him to get banned.
