Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) These guys have been warned almost everyday by an admin or mod for breaking rules so I think they need to be banned.

All I saw was one FDA at the beginning where they didn't hold it open for 4 seconds. They are allowed to use the bind, what's the problem?

Even though you got rdm'ed you shouldn't return to the same spot. (If you died by their base)
However they did FDA and is not a reason to get banned. It'll more likely just be a warning.

Mod Man. Here is the issue. You are too quick to attack these people. They will be punished according to what we have set down by the rules and in training. This does not constitute a ban. Unless of course a admin has told them to stop several times but they continue to disobey his directions.

Actually ZuaXX when someone is RDM'd NLR is void and they can return.
