All of this while a mod is sitting afk

I hope this doesn't only lead to a kick. Zeled and Herbas were terrorising the server and caused about 40 minutes of annoyance before a mod got on and kicked them for breaking some other rules. These players are clearly only on the server to cause chaos and not actually RP or play. I personally think these players are the ones that are worthy of a permanent ban but that is just my input on it I will leave it for the mods/admins to deal with.
