Reason - Prop Blocking Several Bases
Story - Walking around to only see players surfing and prop blocking but mainly this player since he did start blocking up peoples bases but I wasn't recording during the time and he removed them when I told him I would record. The video shows the only props he didn't remove after prop blocking

Sucks when this happens even when there is a mod online. The server either needs more mods or more active mods. I think declining active players from mod is stupid as they are on the server most of the time and could be useful in dealing with the rule breakers when there are usually no mods/admins online.
