Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Prop Minging, Spawning in Props as a non RP class, and interfiering with Role Play.
Story - (What happened?) I was guarding a bank, when I see oSecret come into our establishment. I notice he was mod on duty, thinking he was handling something. He soon began to spawn in props and fling them around, this was disturbing the bank and taking away customers.
Proof - (Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly shows what happened.)

Plus you are lying and the full REAL story was told when I was questioned by Xhantium!
