Reason: Mass RDM on spawn

Story: So I was playing on the server, helping people out, roleplaying n stuff and I noticed that many people were complaining about Mutants RDMing, so I checked it out myself and yeah, they were RDMing everywhere, the proof speaks for itself (sorry for bad quality, YouTube renders videos really ugly)

I can also confirm this. A mutant kept coming to my gun shop killing every customer, over and over again. Huge RDMing and NLR breaking.
